My son’s company, Insureme, volunteered for Habitat for Humanity several days last winter. My son told me I would enjoy it, so I looked into it. Here is a home remedy for arthritic joints:
Rub castor oil on the joint followed by hot compresses. This is a safe, inexpensive therapy and has been shown to help alot of people.
First, rub in the oil (which is very greasy, messy and smelly). Then apply a wet towel to the area, followed by a heating pad. (There is less mess if you first cover the wet towel with a plastic bag.) Be careful not to burn yourself.
A second thing that helps is eating cherries.
A third natural remedy is the following:
Add one tablespoon of liquid Certo (found with the canning products) to 8 ounces of purple grape juice. A small wisk works well to mix this. Drink on a daily basis.
